This house in El Mirador Wellness & Spa has 3 bedrooms and 3 terraces with a total of 130m2, from which you can enjoy the sun. It is located in the first row with a stunning sea view only 600m from the beach—what more could you ask for? The pool area has sun all day, a lovely infinitypool with views of the Mediterranean Sea. El Mirador is located between the towns of Nerja and Torrox Costa. In 2016, the city of Nerja was voted Spain's most charming coastal town. The city has a unique urban culture and is an obvious place to go when you want to eat out. In addition, Nerja has the popular Burriana Beach, which is teeming with beach bars, restaurants, and water activities. In addition, it just takes 35 minutes to Malaga, 1 hour to Ski resort Sierra Nevada, 2 hours to Seville, 2 hours to Cordoba, and 2 hours to Ronda.
Torrox municipality claims to have “the best climate in Europe”. It enjoys moderate temperatures during most of the year, about 18ºC on average. It has nine kilometres of beaches and a thousand-year-old cultural past

Geo-thermal ground heat and solar cell energy must ensure a sustainable and economical operation of homes and facilities in El Mirador. It is expected that these initiatives will cover up to 100% of the entire heating, cooling and electricity needs, which will make El Mirador's operation close to completely zero emission.
